This recipe creates a luscious, creamy, and slightly sweet treat that is as beautiful as it is delicious.
Introduction
Not all of us have the time or the inclination to bake, so here’s a hack to make your life simpler and easier. And the best part? It’s as delicious as if you slaved away for hours. The secret is to use the best brioche you can find, preferably a day old. If you can’t find brioche, you can use a store-bought vanilla sponge cake.
Ingredients
650g |
brioche loaf |
125g |
full-cream milk |
125g |
evaporated milk |
125g |
condensed milk |
|
whipped cream spray for garnishing |
|
icing sugar mixed with ground cinnamon for dusting |
|
fresh berries for garnishing |
Cut the brioche loaf into 3cm-thick slices and lay them in a single layer in a serving dish.
Mix all three types of milk in a small bowl until well combined, then pour over the brioche slices. Allow the milk to soak right through, forming a puddle on the bottom of the dish.
Spray some whipped cream on top, dust with cinnamon icing sugar and garnish with fresh berries.
