Create a food mood board on Pinterest using the hashtag #AlidaRyder, showing us what food you cook from the heart, for a chance to win a R2000 Le Creuset voucher!

2. Create a Pinboard using the hashtag #AlidaRyder in the description field. 
3. Using Penguin's Pinboard for inspiration, build your own food mood Board: 
Show the food which gives you a lift when you are feeling down, which adds that extra bit of joy to your celebrations, which turns a romantic occasion into something fantastic, which enhances moments of calm and serenity, or which covers those days when you feel too lazy to cook but need to feed yourself and your family.
5. Complete the entry form by midnight on 1 December 2013.
