About the book:
Transform your perception of time and learn to truly live in the present with this practical guide from Himalayan monk and spiritual leader Ishan Shivanand.

Born in India, Ishan's formative years were spent in monasteries, learning the importance of achieving Mahakaal - a state where, instead of limiting yourself as a finite being, you infinitely stretch your relationship with the time that you have to create good health, success, happiness and positivity.

Rooted in the principles of meditation and mindfulness, The Practice of Immortality  offers proven, effective lessons in becoming immortal, informed by the transformative journey that inspired Ishan to share the wisdom of his lineage with the world.
