David Hadaway is a well-known and highly accomplished artist who started his career as a freelance illustrator in the advertising industry but is now a full-time wildlife artist. His first one-man show was completely sold out and he now exhibits in the United States and Australia as well as South Africa. His oil paintings have a tactile realism and he not only portrays his subject with great accuracy but also captures the essence of the African wilderness. He lives in Johannesburg with his wife Heidi and children Ryan and Jade.
