About the Author
Chantal Lascaris is the author of the highly successful All Sorts of  series –  Salads, Healthy Dishes, One-Dish Wonders  and Tapas.  She claims to be not a chef but rather a home cook who has always been interested in health and nutrition. Since writing her first book, she’s had the chance to really settle into life with her husband Reg on their little farm in Franschhoek, grow closer to nature and come to love her veggie and herb garden. This has deepened her appreciation for fresh ingredients and brought her more in tune with both the seasons and the seasonality of ingredients.
