Mellissa Bushby is a wife, mother, ceramicist, illustrator, keen gardener, blogger, lover of nature and long-standing vegetarian who believes in touching the Earth lightly. She takes delight in making the most of seasonal ingredients to prepare scrumptuous meat-free and dairy-free meals for her family, often utilising ingredients plucked fresh from her own garden.
